My folks needed some carpet and furniture cleaned asap, so I called SteamPro. I was able to book an appointment for the following morning. Mom told me she hadn't had the carpet shampooed in 20 years, and it looked it. SteamPro made that carpet and chair look like new. Dude was pleasant and professional to boot; he made sure we understood up front that SteamPro has different policies, prices, and protections for floors vs. furniture. The only surprise was how great the carpet looked afterward. Thanks so much, SteamPro!Note to business owner: I've forgotten our tech's name, but our appointment was for Mon., November 6 at 10 a.m. (almost exactly one week before this post).

Cameron cleaned my white carpets and got many of the hard stains out. He did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend steam pro to anyone. Oh, and Jason is fabulous at carpet cleaning as well!
