Went to Ray’z yesterday and even though I was a minute late for my appointment, I was not told to leave. The young lady that cut my hair did an excellent job. She made me look as the kids say “cool.” I was mostly impressed with her customer service. She made me feel welcomed and valued. She was an excellent listener and carried on a very pleasant conversation. I asked her how she became such a fantastic communicator and she told me that I was her speech teacher in high school. I should have known. I had no problem giving her a tip because she actually provided me with a service. Taylor was fantastic and I will definitely be returning. #TeamUtica
Autumn did a wonderful job cutting my son's shoulder length hair to a short cut and it turned out wonderful. They were also able to get us in with no advanced appt and we only had to wait about 30 minutes. He will definitely being going back.
