Hired Lorenzo to do several projects and paid him half the proposal. He did a nice job replacing the screen doors and outlets, but never came back to finish the rest of the projects. I reached out to him several times, but he was either too busy, or would not respond. He owes me $125 worth of work. I asked for a refund if you was not going to do the work, but he never responded.
