Very satisfied with Orkin. Had an emergency appointment come up the same day they were supposed to come out and they rearranged the time for me. They still gave us service on the same day. I was happy that they found an affordable service within our budget. I like how they send texts to confirm the time window of your appointment and then again later in that time window letting you know that you’re the next stop.

Today was a termite check. No bad news, happy to report. I have noticed that all of Orkin’s technicians are consistently professional and courteous. I had some questions today, and my technician stopped what he was doing, gave me his full attention, and took the time to answer my questions and explain in detail. While it is what we hope in most human interactions, it is a decided competitive advantage for companies whose employees deliver top notch customer service.

Called for service because my husband and I was tired of walking into spider webs in our garage. Inspector came out and found a bat issue. Didn't expect that! But we got everything taken care of within the 2nd day of the initial call. The Inspector was professional and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. So far so good, haven't walked into any webs.
