The manager was very thorough and patient with us as she explained the options available for a permanent resting place for our son’s urn. We never felt pressured or hurried. We were very satisfied with the service we received at this very difficult time.

Unlike one of the previous reviews that I read, I had a pleasant experience when I went here for a pet cremation. The lady I worked with did sit me down in the consultation area and was very kind during one of the worst days of my life. The staff was friendly and thoughtful and did not try to sell me anything and it did seem like they have a nice selection of urns and memorials there to choose from. They also gave me all the time I needed to say my last goodbyes to beloved Sampson. My only "complaint" was that it took two weeks to receive the ashes back, but they did tell me that in advance so it wasn't a surprise or aggravation.This was my first time dealing with a...read full review
