I have always been a JCP shopper and bought various items for myself, friends and family. The prices are reasonable and items are both fancy and modest, depending on your taste. I would give JCP a high mark for their merchandise.
There is still a lack of sales associates, i.e. lack of customer service should you need any help. It is just another help-yourself store.
My disappointment is the urgent need in maintaining the restrooms. And why is one of the ladies' fitting rooms closed? It has been closed for a lll-ong time ... years?!?!?

Was not satisfied with the staff member that helped me process my return. Rude, unfriendly, and acted like they didn’t care. I don’t expect employees to be overly zealous, as their pay usually isn’t great. But you could tell she visibly did not care and wanted everyone to know it.

Always help available somewhere. Always a sale on something. Nice make-up areas. UPDATE- bought 8 items( some multi-pack) after home realized was overcharged for 4 of the items. That is half! Taking all back. 50% can't be accidental. Sld of realized b4 left. UPDATE:: doesn't seem to have alot of merchandise on the floor. Do.not have brands they use to carry. Most registers do not have employees; or one person at a pack of 4 registers. Dressing rooms were terribly unkept. Days of clothing laying around.
