I have had great experiences with Iossi Construction. The workmanship is excellent and their crew does a terrific job of cleaning up. They have done roof replacement and vinyl siding for me on 2 properties. They take care of all of the details and make sure that you are satisfied with the outcome. I should mention that they are also very nice people to work with.

I used Iossi for a new roof and siding. Originally we were planned for several months in the future, but they were aware enough to notice a time in their scheduling that they could work me in early.The crew was polite and worked very quickly to have the job done in a timely manner. At one point, I had to get my car out of the garage unexpectedly and they immediately called up someone to move the dump trailer with no complaints or anything.After the work was done, I had some issues with my insurance company. Iossi was very understanding and patient on waiting for payment.I would happily use them for any and all future home construction projects.

Recently there was a woman on Facebook playing a victim over an ex-employee at this business. While I definitely don’t agree with the ex-employee, this woman didn’t handle any of this situation properly and instead incited people to attack the small, locally owned business that he worked for.
While I’ve never worked with Iossi Construction personally, all of their bad reviews came from strangers on Facebook who also have never used this business. All of these bad reviews have come from individuals who CLEARLY have never owned a business and have no idea how false reviews can damage a reputation that took potentially generations to build.
