This year I was faced with the largest disaster I've faced as a home owner. Severe wind brought a tree onto my roof doing so much more damage than I could have anticipated. Thankfully the folks at Falcon knew what to do. I reached out, overwhelmed at the process. Despite being one of many clients just after a storm that left a lot of damage, they walked me through everything I should expect, helped me deal with my insurance, and even more importantly, advocated on my behalf with my insurance. My experience with Falcon Home Improvement was nothing short of excellent. Being a single female, it can be challenging finding the right contractor for the job. Wanting it all but definitely focused on finding an honest, reliable contractor that has competitive pricing. I live over an hour away from Davenport but felt the need to seek a contractor outside of my local area.
