I've been with this company for just shy of 2 years, and for the first time in 38 years and 8.5 million miles I m actually happy... Brand new equipment that is meticulously maintained. Pay scale that is higher than the national average. Dispatchers that know who I am know where I like to run and know their business. Home time when I want to go home whenever I want to go home, and most importantly a staff that knows who I am by name not a number. That treats me like family and above all with respect
