She explained all the options (and showed examples in their showroom) and worked up a nice design; we went through it in detail and made some changes in real-time. Then she sent an estimate; this work was all free. RaeAnne was friendly and prompt in all our communications. Again, we decided not to do the remodel now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely come back and continue with High Point from where we left off.“
