Had nothing short of an awful experience with this lab. I decided to make the switch because of their inexpensive pricing. But you know what they say, you get what you pay for. The quality and quality control was awful. I used this lab for a month before I finally had to pull the plug. We had so many complaints from patients and lens defects that I ended up spending more money fixing the entire mess. I had to send half of the jobs to another lab to finally get the jobs made correctly. At the end of the day they refused to reimburse us for all the jobs with mistakes. I lost several thousands of dollars and several patients in the mere month I used them.

I've been using precision optical group for about 10 years as the primary lens supplier for our 3 locations in Southern California. I can't tell you enough that these guys truly care about their customer service and quality control. Specifically Carleen and Stacy have been my guardian angels although everyone I've talked to has been a delight. Issues and mistakes have of course come up over a decade of service, but not many, and they are always quick to fix any problems That may occur. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone needing lenses. 1839 for life!
