EveryStep Home Care provides caring and professional home health services. Clients praise the knowledge, kindness, and friendliness of the nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. The staff are very friendly, kind, patient, and always helpful, professional, and extremely helpful. They come to the client's home and guide them in all aspects of their care, working hard to make sure schedules work for them. Patients appreciate the personalized care and attention, feeling comfortable asking questions and receiving clear answers. EveryStep staff are described as helpful, courteous, and punctual, consistently going above and beyond to improve the client's well-being and support their journey back to independence.
My in-home services were excellent. Very professional and extremely helpful. I really liked the Nurse that I had, she took time to explain why things helped and why some didn't.
I'm very happy with every step. The staff are very friendly, kind, patient. And they are all very good at what they do. They come to me so I do not have to get out in the cold for therapy
The staff from EveryStep Home Care exceeded my expectations when they came to help me following knee surgeries. They were always friendly, helpful, and professional when they worked with me. It was such a help to have a home healthcare nurse, and occupational and physical therapists come to my house shortly after I was released from the hospital following both surgeries. They guided me in all aspects of my care. My nurse communicated with my doctor on more than one occasion, which was a big help.
