I give credit where credit is due. The day they got my paperwork they called me and explained the process. And also the time table of when I should get what I need. They answered all my questions and were professional about it. I didnt know which medical provider to use so I picked one. First it was NuCara in Creston. They were very rude and snotty when I called them wondering if they received my paperwork. So I switched to Apria. Its a sigh of relief that I did. Im new to all this and I should know what is happening. And it should be explained to me politely. I appreciated that it was all explained to me. Thank You!

Jason took the time to set up my new cpap machine and explained everything he did carefully. He’s always been the best taking care of all my requests for assistance. He seems to care about giving the best customer service ever! Thanks Jason! Appreciate all you do!
