I scheduled an appointment for a full Balayage blonde with Kayla during the holiday break. When I scheduled they mentioned it could take up to 3 hours which was fine by me as it included balayage, toner and cut. I have been doing balayage in NYC for almost 4 years and no one put in as much time and attention as Kayla. I realized that I wasn't getting the results I wanted here because they didn't let the product sit on my hair long enough. Kayla did, and checked my foils a few times before rinsing it out. She also did a great job toning which has also been a complaint of mine in the past as I like a natural looking ash blonde similar to my root. To top it off my hair cut is exactly what I wanted. Every time I plan a trip home I will be making an appointment!!
I came in with hair that was a complete hot mess. I left with an awesome color and the perfect cut! Kayla was fantastic, and her skill and technique were phenomenal! Definitely going back.
