My AC died during the recent heat wave and needed to be replaced. Alvin my service technician was honest, straightforward , and listened to my needs. The installation crew did a great job solving some airflow issues at the time of Install. My new system is working quietly & efficiently. Actually this is my first time getting a new AC/Furnace and I didn't have time to look at the installation right away but later I looked it over! All I can say is the RJ Nelson employees did a totally amazing job with the installation all around. I appreciate the excellent work and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.
