Mike and his team were so awesome to work with, stayed on top of the situation that was unknown and worked until he found the answer, proved it out and then offered available solutions. Not often in todays world you see people that will go above and beyond to help, Mike does, and when you first meet him you get the feeling of knowing you will be taken care of(he does not let grass grow under him, he is a mover and a shaker).
