I would very strongly advise using Phil’s Comfort Zone. My AC unit started having issues on a Saturday and I attempted to try some remedies. Unfortunately, they did not work and it was approximately 10 PM and I started calling around to emergency services because my daughter was starting to get very warm in our home. I was either given recorded lines or unavailability until Monday. I came across Phil’s Comfort Zone. Phil took my late night call and agreed to come out to my home. Last winter my heat went out on a house I just bought. It dropped to 50 degrees and at the time I had a 3 month old daughter. Phil came out and fixed my heater first thing after I called and since then he has came out several times servicing my furnace and AC unit always in a timely manner. Today he installed all new, and I'm thankful for him. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I always felt like he was honest, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone!
We had Phil install 2 complete new replacement systems in our home. One of the new furnaces had issues from the manufacturer that were not able to be resolved. Phil work tirelessly to get our furnace replaced under warranty. We appreciate the persistence in getting our issue resolved and standing behind his work.
