After being screwed over by a plumbing company I will not say who. Frank met every need. Told me what needed to be done. Even waived some of the fees so it could get done. Will definitely recommend

Let me just start by saying that Frank and his whole outfit are amazing people. After being quoted nearly $20,000 to repair a sewage line by a company I won't name, we called Perfect Plumbing for a second opinion. Frank Jr came out the next day to get some information, then they contacted a drain specialist and handled the scheduling on our behalf. (Look for a review of Midwest Drain as well!) Once the problem was identified, we were quoted a MUCH more reasonable cost and told step by step what would need done. Frank was so quick to calm our fears and walk us through things - customer service at its absolute finest. The repairs will not need to be done right away as the drain specialist was able to get us working in the interim, and there was 0 pressure on us to make a costly repair immediately. Perfect Plumbing has new customers for life now. You won't be sorry you called!
