I had my first spray tan here over a month ago. The ladies were very helpful. I do believe that the digital voice should be fixed though. It was very hard to hear at certain times at which way to turn and also when you needed to have your arms go a certain way. I let them know before I left that parts of my body didn't get sprayed. I let them know before I left that I'd let them know the following morning how it looked. I called back in the morning and went back in to show how it looked. I recently changed my membership from a tanning bed to spray tanning and Emily, the store leader, has been extremely helpful. I have asked her over 50 questions and she is always knowledgeable about what she is saying, as well as helpful, polite, and extremely sweet.The entire staff of the C.B. PBT is great. Customer service is definitely a top priority at this location, as I have never had one bad experience with anyone who works there.Thank you ladies for all that you do! The staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable.. will answer any questions you may have. Very clean beds and salon. They have the best sales, rewards and memberships for any need.
