Norm's Heating & Air Conditioning

Norm's has always been good to my family. When the A/C quit on us in the middle of July years ago, Norm's was there within 2 hours to take the call on an extremely busy and a stifling 90 plus degree day. Before they left that day, they checked everything and validated the repair before leaving. Even called us later to ensure unit was still operating and pushing cold air to keep the kids comfortable and safe.

This year when the A/C started acting up Norms was here within two hours. Diagnosed and explained that they did not have the part and would have to order, giving a time frame on possible delivery. Even gave options on other HVAC companies... read full review

Wow !! What a great bunch of guys. We needed to replace both our ac and furnace. One of the owners ,Terry came out and gave us some info on what it would cost etc. Absolutely no pressure to do anything, we decided to go with Terry's suggestion and boy are we glad we did. Within 2 weeks we had new units both replaced in 6 hours of work. Great company !! You won't be disappointed with Norms.

Customer service, every company says they have it, but I have found a company that actually means it. They have been outstanding in helping my family, both immediate and extended with their heating and air needs. If Google had six stars, that is the rating that I would give them personally. I hope when you are trying to choose who to use in your time of need for heating and air, I sure hope my words will help you choose wisely and choose Norms heating and air.
