I had a Suit that was in need of dry cleaning.The lady was very polite and told me when I could pick it up.It was a little out of the way since I live closer to the 29th and Broadway store- but it is closed.

I drop off and pick up my husbands shirts and pants 2 times per week because he is a manager who works with the public and loves his shirts and pants perfectly cleaned, starched and pressed. SueAnne the store manager always Greets me with a smile, knows me by name, and will get my husbands clothes for me whenever I need them quickly! She sends me a text and an email so I know right away when I can go and pick them up. My husbands co workers have commented on how nice his shirts look! We are so Happy with the way SueAnne does my husbands clothes, and she is always kind and a hard working person who seems to really care about her store. My primary reason for using this location, which is not the closest to me, is because of Sueanne, the manager. She epitomizes efficiency and professionalism, and I can ALWAYS count on my dry cleaning and laundry to be completed quickly. I am routinely complimented on how nicely pressed my shirts are, and by the volume of clothing articles I have observed at this store, it obvious others must feel the same as I do about the quality of service received. And best of all, you can depend on Sueanne to greet you with a smile and pleasant disposition. Max I. Walker is most fortunate to have an employee like Sueanne represent them!
