So glad I went here! MONICA is AWESOME. She cut and semi-colored/toned my hair into a beautiful mocha ash/mushroom bronde shade and it’s exactly what it wanted. My hair was dry and she recommended a moisturizing shampoo set. Also she did the best haircut I have had in years. She’s experienced, she listens and she cares about your hair. Thank you Monica!

My first time visiting a JCP Hair Salon. My first hair cut since the start of the pandemic. My first haircut which would take off a substantial amount (at least 6 inches). Needless to say, I was a little nervous. However, right out of the gate, Gabriela made me feel right at ease. I showed her pictures of what I would like for my hair, and she simply ran with it. She made me feel very comfortable, and the end result was absolutely what I expected. Gabriela was professional, cordial, courteous, and I felt at total ease with the entire process. I will certainly be visiting this salon and Gabriela again.

I haven't been to the JCP Salon since they moved to this new location. Setting up an appointment online was really easy, and it included pricing when you made your appointment, so no surprises there. When I got to the salon, I had a hard time finding it in the store, as it's in a hidden corner, and the sign isn't very big, but I got in pretty quickly once I found it. My stylist, Brittany, was really nice and conversion easily flowed for both of us. She did upsell me on a few things, but they were things I'd been considering getting anyway. She did a really great job on my hair and eyebrows. I would definitely come back if I couldn't get in at my usual stylist's salon...read full review
