Did you know you hold a lot of stress, bad emotions and trauma in your hair?? So when I decided to cut my hair off it was an emotional things. I had lost my dad 6 months prior. I had grown my hair out for him, he loved it long. After 6 months of my healing and grieving process (which I am still going through) I decided it was time to let go.
