I had my first appt with Sarah @ the Camp Cardinal location recently. I was impressed with the service from the second I walked in the door. I was greeted so kindly and offered a drink from their beverage menu and browsed their great products while waiting. (I was early). Sarah took me back to her chair and patiently listened while I explained how I hadn’t been reaching my hair goals with previous stylists. I explained and showed her photos of what I was hoping for. She quoted me on cost of everything before she started, which I appreciated so much. It’s something I hadn’t experienced many other places I’ve gone to in the past. Throughout my appt she constantly made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The end result is fantastic! I love my hair again, the color is perfect and it feels so healthy! I would recommend Sarah to anyone wanting their expectations exceeded!
