Fairly quick and responsive. They were able to help me unlock our office door after the battery died in the keypad lock. They also adjusted the closer and hinge to get the door to close on our external door after a different company wasn’t able to fix it. Also, very reasonably priced.
We had lost the key to a WW II Army footlocker. Called back promptly and was courteous and flexible. He was unable to find a replacement key, and determined that further work ran the risk of damaging the lock. He explained to us the options and pros and cons of each, with patience, and answered all of our questions. He took considerable time with us, but since he wasn't able to solve the problem, he charged us nothing.
