“We lived in the town homes on Bainberry st. We loved the home. It is a great layout. Maintenance was on it, anytime we needed anything.We had to communicate with pace management quite a bit, due to extending our lease 4 months. They worked with us and we found them to be very fair with any issues that arose.Communication via email can be very slow, I found calling them or showing up at the office. Worked a lot better. A lot of times I would send them an email just to have it in writing and then follow up with a phone call.The only odd thing, they will try and show your apartment while you are still living there as your lease is ending. I found this practice extremely intrusive, having strangers tour my house I’m still paying for.HOWEVER, the few times they were going to show it, I was out of town and insisted I be home when people walk our home. They were accommodating and didn’t end up showing our unit. So no one actually toured our unit while we still lived here, but it is a thing they do.Over all I liked living here, and had a good experience.“
