UPDATE: We heard back from Five Star the next day and Frank & Jose came out within the week. They were very nice, answered all of my questions, were thorough with their work and took care of everything. I've update my review to 4 stars because of the experience with them.
Im giving a one star review at this point because after our roof replacement, we've had warping and shingles falling off all over our roof (mainly below windows and gutters) - within 3 years of installation. I needed a reroof after hail damage. Five Star was easy to work with on schedules. All the work was completed in one day. Only four stars, though, because they didn't install the correct product. I wanted a Class IV shingle but received a Class III. They credited the difference in cost to me, but my insurance costs went up and have cost me more than the difference in price. They were prompt to communicate the mistake, and did offer to re-do the roof, but I decided that was both a hassle and unnecessarily wasteful. Overall a decent experience, but not perfect.
I got referred to five star home improvement from a friend at church and I’m sure glad I did. Ryan came out and was amazing from beginning to end. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He educated us on the whole process. We could not be happier with the new roof that was installed and we will definitely be using these guys in the future. I highly recommend. I just wanna say thank you to Ryan, they’re amazing installers/crew, the office staff and five star home improvement in general
