Alan was genuinely helpful. He did a great job of walking me through the ins and outs of the property he was evaluating. Great personality. He supplied understanding that made me feel confident not only in that the information he was sharing was accurate and credible but backed it up with pictures and first hand descriptions. He didn't talk down to me or rush me along. He was comfortable in talking to me which made me more comfortable talking to him. He appreciated my questions. I felt he delivered an accurate and thorough evaluation by simply telling me the way it was. He also made report materials available to me through email and even followed up by calling me back after giving adequate time to process all the information.
