Ended our weekend and started our holiday with sewer water backing up in the basement. My husband was still on the phone with HomeServe when Ian called to tell us he was on the way! He had the drained cleared and everything working as it should within 1-1.5 hours of our initial call. Nice guy who spent a few minutes chatting about our Orangeburg pipes. I know no one loves having to work weekends or in others waste water, but his promptness and efficiency were greatly appreciated!

Mike was able to come and unclog our sewer within just an hour after I put in a service request. He also explained what he did, thoughts on what it was and discussed options for future issues. I was receiving a new dishwasher same night from a different company who couldn’t install due pipes needing replaced. Mike was able to get me scheduled right away. Excellent customer service!

Mike was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional and provided high quality service. We had called another company last week and they still haven’t shown up or called. We called Zippy yesterday afternoon and Mike showed up at 8:02 this morning promptly. They are also very reasonably priced.
