The team came in and secured plastic down inside and outside. When they were done, you'd never even know they had been there because there was no mess! Communication with Heartland was good, but the individual work crews did not give us much heads up about when they would come. We were surprised that Heartland put a lien against our house title without telling us ahead of time when they started work, no other contractors we used have done that.
