For example, leg hems, waist alterations, shoulder padding adjustments, and button closure reworking.Have found their work to be of high quality and done at a fair price. “In response to Abdul -- I have been frequenting this location for over 3 years now and the "Joe" you are referring to left this company before I began coming to Executive Cleaners. I know the current manager at the Urbandale store has never laundered a sweater/pullover shirt of mine unless the garment specifically says "Do Not Dry Clean." She is very attentive and genuinely listens to customer requests. Unfortunately, there are people that bring in clothing that was previously damaged elsewhere and try to get the items replaced or want store credit, etc. I'm not insinuating that you were, I'm just trying to convey that procedures and staffing have changed from several years ago, and this review is really no longer relevant. In my experience since 2019, if there is ever a question or concern, I have found it is appropriately addressed and resolved at this specific location.“

“i have been going to busy bee tailor for years!! they have always worked their magic and their prices are SO affordable. there have been times i needed things done in a time crunch and they have ALWAYS pulled through. i just recently needed a zipper put into something made with no stretch and she went above and beyond what i wanted and in two days when i needed it. i will never go anywhere else!“
