Our experience has been very positive. The mitigation crew were timely and thorough. The estimator accurately documented damages and collaborated well with our insurance adjustor. After having a water leak the restore team did a great job getting the area dried out and currently in process of reconstruction. I am currently working with Dan and dealt with a couple of communication issues but was able to get them resolved. It can be frustrating if a phone call is not returned or an email not answered quickly. Good communication is important when technology works correctly.
