Luke Erickson and his team were fabulous! I had a large renovation and everything turned out perfect! They did quality work! They were on time, easy to talk to, and respectful. Our experience has been very positive. The mitigation crew were timely and thorough. The estimator accurately documented damages and collaborated well with our insurance adjustor. The restoration crew and project manager did a great job with repairs and met all our expectations.Services: Paint indoors
After having a water leak the restore team did a great job getting the area dried out and currently in process of reconstruction. I am currently working with Dan and dealt with a couple of communication issues but was able to get them resolved. It can be frustrating if a phone call is not returned or an email not answered quickly. Good communication is important when technology works correctly.
