Mel is amazing at what she does and she taught me so much about best practices with skin care. She set helpful expectations with me on the flow of how our session would go, and her approach to everything involved felt so intentional. I'd recommend her services to anyone!

Melissa is the best aesthetician ever. I have been going to her for 15 years and never anyone else. She know how to treat each individual what facial is best for them. She is pleasant always, and takes time and interest in each one of us.

I love Serendipity Spa. I've been a customer since it opened. Melissa, the owner, is so talented and provides the best skin care treatments. She stays up to date on the latest technology and treatments. I've had melanoma and as a result my dermatologist told me that I should do preventative treatments to my face to help remove early pigmentation which could become problematic and require more aggressive intervention. Melissa meets with me every time to help asses my skincare needs and work within my budget. The most unique aspect is that Serendipity treats the body, mind and spirit.
