However, some customers have experienced fluctuations in the quality of service over time, with some reporting a decline in attention to detail. In one instance, a customer felt that grub prevention was not applied properly, leading to dissatisfaction and a request for a refund. Despite these issues, the company has shown a willingness to listen to concerns and improve their services. Have been using this service for a few years and they have always been responsive if contacting them with questions or concerns. They have done a pretty good job overall. However, the most recent employee, Donna, who provided our service, was exceptional! She was very aware of the many plants in the yard and explained she would do her best not to have any contact with the plants. She is also the first employee who actually treated the lawn outside our fence, understanding that was also needing treatment. Thanks so much Donna!Service: Weed control
Update:After I posted my review that's below, they reached out to apologize. They acknowledged their service failures and vowed to improve their service. I appreciated the fact that they were responsible to my concerns. I edited to 4 stars and will give them another shot this year. I will report back at the end of the year...I've used this company for the last 4 years. I had been initially pleased, but over the last several years the quality of their service and attention to detail has went downhill. My yard had more weeds last year than in the last 10 years and to cap it off, they applied grub preventative at the end of October. This service needed to be done in late...read full review
My grandmother has a difficult time shoveling her driveway and it’s quite frankly become almost impossible for her. She has had horrible luck finding someone who is reliable to do her snow removal. She woke up today so happy she was in tears to see her driveway not only cleared, but salt put down and they did her walk ways and everything. It’s the little things like this that make a huge difference to someone like her.
