MercyOne Health & Fitness Center is a 65,000 square-foot facility offering a comprehensive fitness experience. The clean and well-maintained center provides a comfortable environment with ample space on weights and machines. Friendly staff, a great pool, and a hot tub are just a few of the premium amenities available. The facility also features a heated pool, perfect for soothing sore joints, and a variety of group exercise classes, including Aqua Flow, a relaxing water class. With personal training and fitness assessments, MercyOne helps members achieve their fitness goals. The only suggestion from members is to add childcare services and improve accessibility at the front door.
