My teen had a sports injury to the hand, and we needed to make sure it wasn’t broken. We made an appointment online for a couple of hours later, got there and waited a few minutes in the lobby, saw the nurse and doctor, got an x-ray and were on our way in under an hour. Staff was wonderful - especially the doctor, she was great!

had a very nice visit. probably the best Mercy location I've been to. I was seen by Heather and she was super sweet. wait time was under an hour which in my experience is very rare

Front desk was quick to get us checked in once we had the right stuff filled out and we saw our doctor quickly. So glad we could be seen in urgent care without an appt but to speed up the process next time, we'll check in online!
