My long time stylist retired and I was set adrift with so many other of his faithful customers, sampling unknown stylists. I wandered around Des Moines with unruly hair and an apologetic look on my face, hideous to look at..... UNTIL a friend recommended Shad at Level Seven. Shad gets my hair. He's given me 2 really solid cuts and colored my hair so well! I've had complements that I haven't had since my regular stylist cut it. Shad is a find. Plus he's super friendly, has a gentle touch and he's a good listener. I have super curly, frizzy hair and he has never cut it too short or tried to talk me into a style that won't work for me. He works with some nice people too. I've seen their work while I'm there and their cuts have all been winners! Easy to book appointments online too.

Shad made me feel like family from the moment I sat down! I asked him to make me look my best... I could not be happier with results! Professional but personal with much appreciated recommendations for styling! Just the best!
