I cannot speak highly enough about Kara and her extensive knowledge of how the body moves, and more important how it should not move. I was having numbness in my pinky and ring finger while laying down.Happy to report, I am no long experiencing that numbness, my shoulder blades have never felt better. I highly, highly recommend you to book that appointment and get to the bottom of your problem!

I went in for body work. This was gifted and Kara made sure I knew what I would be getting and could stop or change at the beginning and halfway in. She talked me through what was going on and I really appreciated it. I went in with a major headache and left without it :) Definitely will see her again and already recommended her to a friend.
