This is my second experience with Floors Direct. Both encounters were beyond expectations. I worked mainly with Terry Johnson who made certain the project was perfect from start to finish. His advice was always spot on and the carpet we chose thanks to his reccomendation is perfect for our home. Terry goes above and beyond even leaving a personal function to deliver additional carpet to our home.That type of personal service is amazing. My wife and I decided to upgrade and remodel our bathroom. Being retired and on a pretty tight budget, we are more than pleased with the LVP flooring we found at Floors Direct. It was a perfect match for what we had in mind, with high quality and the price fit our budget so well that we decided to do our front entrance and downstairs bathroom as well.Terry Smith was fabulous to work with. Her friendly manner and knowledge of product and process really put us at ease.
