When I picked up my shirts 4 of them had damange on the left arm in the same place on all 4 shirts. I took the dsmaged shirts back to speak to them. The manager Elaina was not there and said I would receive a call back in 24 to 48 hours. 2 weeks latter and no call. I called to check on and again the manager was not. A few days later I did get a call with disappointing news that it was a natural accuring damage but not done by them. She was not a nice person and refussed to take any responsibility for the damage. I would recommend NOT to use this company Executive Cleaners that contracts out to Victoria Cleaners. Be aware. Kevin

Cleaner tore hole in 4 shirts and they would not take any responsibility. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not go to this cleaners or Victoria cleaners. They send their clothes to Victoria Cleaners.

Terrible cleaners and even worse customer "service". Rely on their same day service at your own peril! Take a time-stamped picture of you dropping off clothes before their 8:30 am cut-off for same day service because the manager will argue with you that you didn't bring them in until after 8:30 (we know we brought them in before because our child was checked-in to daycare before 8:30 after dropping off the clothes on the way)!Even after you insist the manager check if the clothes are done she will tell you they are but they're at their central facility and they have no drivers so "tough luck".
