Well they were right here after the call for help.Smelled something so my DAUGHTER went to change filter ,then she opened furnace wire burning inside .She returned the off furnace ,we could've had an explosion. Then l called. RHA they calmed all our fears .They are waiting on parts,sure eased my mind.l am truly GRATEFUL
