They called me back within an hour of leaving a message on their machine. My husband attempted to put in a new water softner with all new plastic pipe. Things didn't go as planned because of different fittings than on the old one. They came the next day and fit us in to their extremely busy schedule and put in all new copper pipe and had it all done within an hour They are very professional and get things done in a timely manner. Will call them again when I need a plumber and will highly recommend to friends and family.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I spent two days on hold with reliance attempting to find a part for my water heater. I called this business and he took the time to call his supplier, cross reference parts to find a compatible part and then called me back to say he found the part.He didn’t do this after a service call, he didn’t do this after I paid him, he did it because I needed help and needed hot water.I will send his contact info to everyone I know (already have) but his generosity allowed me to get a part I needed, fix it and make the EMS class I’m teaching so my wife and child have got water.Couldn’t thank this guy enoughService: Water heater repair
