Uodate: I'm editing my review to 5 stars. We were able to have our broken tile replaced, and Tailored Closets reimbursed us.We are very happy with our new closets despite a floor tile being damaged during the installation. The closet components make a good use of space, and they are much sturdier than our previous setup. Now I just need to find a contractor to repair our floor.
The team arrived on time and got right to work. They were organized, and prepared to do their task. I appreciate that a lot. They explained the process to me before they started and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. I am happy with the work and courteous people that did the job.
It looks really nice. I paid extra for the "crown molding" to make it look more finished that is the only part that kind of looks bad. I wouldn't pay extra for that if I did it again. Otherwise very happy.Service: Custom closet design & installation
