We contracted with Meints Construction Builders to build are new home on the south shore of Clear Lake, in a very tight location with narrow access roads. It is a 4-story home with two stories below grade and two above, two large decks, a patio at lake level, a large office, bar, beautiful kitchen and 9-person movie theater. Cabinetry and woodwork are Alder and Walnut. Ron Loudenburg and his team at Meints Construction Builders performed to exceed out expectations and did just that. Meints Construction Builders are great to work with. We started with them on a kitchen remodel and it worked so well we did the whole first floor. The employees are skilled carpenters with many, many years of experience, and then you have the owner Ron, who's there with you every step of the way, from start to finish. He's great at communicating, and at reaching out to subcontractors and the lumber yard to keep us on track. They are true professionals.Services: Repair flooring
