Compressor went out of our a/c under warranty. They had to order one and they kept is updated everyday on the ship date and installed as soon as it came in. Dave did an amazing job installing. He was very friendly and installed in a timely manner!!

We had Wallins install a water softener we bought from Home Depot. It was a simple installation that we couldn’t do because we didn’t have the tools. Keep in mind, we had the plumbing for a water softener already installed. They had to come back four times because they installed it wrong and pipes kept leaking. I just received my bill in the mail and they are charging us $430. Workers were very nice, but when I get a bill for that much, I don’t care how nice you are. I just care about your skills. Called when AC stopped working and had technicians on site in a very short amount of time. They diagnosed and explained the problem, made the repair very quickly and had us up and running on a Friday late afternoon. Very professional and courteous.
