I knew Christina from Uptown Styles through my sister, who lives nearby. I was visiting over Christmas and just didn't have time to get my nails done before the holidays as I was flying in from Boston. I called my sister, asked her if she could get us an appointment with Christina here for a Shellac manicure. Shellac is a polish that doesn't damage your natural nail (no filing the tops like gels) and it is UV cured, so it lasts about 10 days to 2 weeks. The Shellac I got here is the best one that I've ever had. She was careful not to get it on my cuticles and did two thin layers of a cheery Christmas-y color.
