I called to have my mothers water heater looked at and while on the phone with the dispatcher she kept laughing at me, she said she would have a tech call me but I never received any call back. If I could give them zero stars it would be more appropriate. Maybe she was high or something but it was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
