I have been with True green for many years, and recently moved to a home that was highly infested with dandelions and weeds. Over the last few months, I have seen a major improvement. I am very loyal to True green and they back up there work.Service: Weed control

Update to prior review. Trugreen sent two managers to my property today to review the lawn with me. I had been mistaken in my understanding of services rendered, but was still dissatisfied with the extent I had to go through and the time it took to have my concerns heard or addressed by the correct people (several calls over several weeks). I was told this was a training issue in how escalations are referred to management, as was the original misdiagnosis of my lawn's health.Either way, Trugreen is willing to make an effort to fix my lawn it at no cost, which is much appreciated. TruGreen has been great ever since I signed up! I get an email reminder that my service is scheduled, the worker shows up and goes right to work, signs are posted to remind me work has been done, and best of all No More Dandelions or weeds, unlike some of my neighbor's lawns.Thank you and your team!Linda Couch2045 W Cherry StNL
