Can't say enough good things about John @ Sunrise Builders. Hands down the best contractor we've ever worked with. We needed an exterior door put into our mudroom and John was recommended by a family friend. Once John arrived, we didn't have to worry about anything, and I can't stress this enough.His communication was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about what was happening at any point in the construction. He was punctual, so we weren't worried about whether he was going to show and if the work would get done. I plan to sell my house and needed to have my deck railing and steps replaced. My timing was not good - between the derecho recovery still ongoing and the current labor shortages, I wasn't sure I'd find anyone to do this job. I had at least two workmen look at it and then ghost me before a friend referred me to John. He was nothing short of amazing. He came out, agreed to do the work, and then he actually did it.His workmanship was great and I'm so very pleased with the results.
